Executive Director Rev. Daniel Nave brings 35 years of ministry experience to the SCE leadership team.  He served two different churches as Senior Pastor, each for over ten years, including Heritage Bible Church (Remington, Indiana), where he was the founding pastor, and currently serves as the pastor of Family Bible Church of Knoxville, TN.  For ten years, Dan served as a local church pastor and Field/Training Director for Midwest Church Extension.  He was part of the organizational team of  Checkpoint Bible Camp, a summer Bible camp for boys and girls.  In 2014, Dan moved to Tennessee to be the founding director of SCE.

After faithfully caring for mates they each dearly loved, and then being widowed, God allowed Dan and Judy to be married in December 2023.  It’s an amazing love story.

Judy is a Board Certified and IFCA Endorsed Chaplain.  With her degree in counseling from Calvary University, she brings a very special kind of ministry to SCE as we work to assist struggling families and their churches.

Dan and Judy have a combined 78 years of marriage, 7 children, and 23 grand children,
